STUDY THE BOOK
Please sign up if you are interested in forming a study group or reading the book in an already existing study group. There is an introductory talk available from Phillip, that gives an overview of the book and explains some of the basic Buddhist concepts and practices covered in the book. It's sometimes helpful to listen to the talk at the first gathering. There is also a study guide, that Phillip has prepared, that outlines some general principles to consider and gives some suggestions that may help you structure your approach to studying the book. In addition, Phillip will be leading monthly teleconferences for those studying or teaching the material from the book, to ask questions and share their experiences.

TEACHING THE MATERIAL FROM THE BOOK
Please sign up if you are a teacher who wants to explore the subject matter with your students and/or utilize the content of the book as a series of teachings. Phillip has created a teacher's study guide which outlines general principles, offers suggestions on how to teach the material, and gives examples of current curriculums. In addition, Phillip will be leading monthly teleconferences for those studying or teaching the material from the book, to ask questions and share their experiences.
